The Immo 365 group is consolidating its presence in the province of Girona.
Based in Roses, Platja d'Aro and soon Llorret de Mar, Immo 365® is one of the most important estate agents on the Costa Brava. It specialises in the acquisition, investment, promotion and rental of property: houses, studios, blocks of flats, farmhouses and villas, commercial premises and moorings. The agency stands out for the size of its real estate portfolio.
The Roses and Playa De Aro agencies have been bought from a local group established since 1975, allowing the local know-how to be continued. The change of name took place on 1 January 2021, and the estate agencies in Roses and Playa De Aro were renamed Immo 365®.
The history of the group's companies since 1975
The first agency of this group opened in 1975 in the Spanish Venice, Empuriabrava, which is undoubtedly one of the pearls of the Mediterranean. 33 years later, in 2008, the group took the decision to expand by creating a new office in Roses and another in Platja d'Aro in 2014. The offices in Roses and Platja D'Aro were taken over in 2019. The new buyers quickly integrated the digital format into the company's strategy. Since then, the agencies that became Immo365 have focused on the Internet and have since implemented a digital publishing policy combined with a virtual tour of its agencies for better customer service.

A new brand means a change in the positioning, ambition, scope and values of the structure, and therefore a new logo. Of course, the group has developed a new logo highlighting the colours that characterise the Costa Brava, including the blue sky, the turquoise waters and the orange sand and sun of this piece of Spanish paradise. Regarding the number 365, this can be interpreted in 2 ways, one that we are available 365 days a year at the service of our customers or the second one that it is the 365 days of sunshine on the beautiful Costa Brava and Catalonia ... Furthermore, this logo has been designed to reveal the identity of the agencies belonging to the Immo365® group and to reflect their evolution and their desire to give a new dynamic to the real estate market in Catalonia.
A new brand synonymous with a change of direction with new axes based on Experience, Services and Innovation
The change of direction that the French group wants to make by launching the new Immo365® brand has already taken place. To this end, the agency has set up a new website, namely https://immo365costabrava.com, available in 7 languages: Catalan, Spanish, French, English, Dutch, German and Russian.
If the agency has opted for a multilingual website, it is with a view to breaking down the language barrier that blocks clients during their procedures. In any case, when we mention the name "Costa Brava", we are referring directly to a region that attracts the covetousness of people from the 4 corners of the world. In other words, every year the region attracts a large number of tourists who want to rent quality holiday homes or even set up their second homes here, as well as new inhabitants and investors.
