Welcome to our new apartment in the center of Santa Margarita! This modern apartment is located in a newly built building and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom for your comfort. One of the highlights of this apartment is the balcony, from where you can enjoy the stunning views while having a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. You won't have to worry about finding parking as the apartment has a private parking space for your convenience. The best thing is that the beach is only 200 meters away. Extras not included in the price: Tourist tax: €1 per night and per adult over 16 years old (maximum €7 per person per stay). Sheets and towels: Can be rented for an additional fee, if available. Security deposit: 300€ to cover possible damages, refundable the first two days after your departure. Check-in hours: Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out hours: Check-out must be between 9:00 and 10:00. On Sundays and holidays, the schedule may vary, so it is necessary to coordinate with the agency to confirm the check-in and check-out times.
