The studio has a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a comfortable living room, and a practical built-in wardrobe. The studio includes a TV with several channels and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle and drip coffee maker. Building Facilities: Two lifts per floor on each side for easy access. On the ground floor, you will find a small supermarket and a bar-cafeteria for your daily needs. Common areas with two large swimming pools and a children's pool, open from June 15 to September 30. Hours from 9:00 to 19:00 Small play area for children, tennis court and a large communal parking for cars and bicycles. Extras not included in the price: Tourist tax: €1 per night per adult over 16 years old (maximum €7 per person per stay). Sheets and towels: Available for rent for €25 per person, subject to availability. Security deposit: €300 to cover possible damages, refundable the first two days after your departure. Check-in hours: Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out hours: Check-out must be between 9:00 and 10:00.
